Agreement between User and Wardrops.com

Welcome to Wardrops.com. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) or purchasing from us on external platforms (including but not limited to Vinted and eBay), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Privacy

Your use of this Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable EU and Dutch law.

Electronic Communications

By visiting the Site or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us by email or through the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for restricting access to your computer or device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Wardrops.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove/edit content at our sole discretion.

Children Under Eighteen

We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Products & Condition

  • Wardrops.com specializes in second-hand/pre-owned clothing.

  • Each product is described as accurately as possible, including brand, size, and condition. Minor signs of wear are normal for pre-owned goods and do not constitute defects.

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen or device settings.

  • Unless otherwise stated, products are sold as described, with no manufacturer warranty.

Orders, Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of purchase.

  • Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in the same condition as delivered (unworn, unwashed, with original labels still attached where applicable).

  • Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly described.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we have received and inspected the return.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Payments

Wardrops.com accepts major European payment methods, including but not limited to iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, credit card, and other secure checkout options as made available on the Site.

Shipping

We ship internationally using reliable carriers including PostNL, DHL, UPS, and DPD. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination country. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Liability & Warranty

  • As we sell second-hand clothing, no factory or original manufacturer warranty applies.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • Wardrops.com is not responsible for indirect damages, such as delays caused by carriers.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Dutch and EU law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

Entire Agreement

Unless otherwise specified, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Wardrops.com and supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
